A brief timeline

• 2019 – Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services and technology solutions, acquires First Data. BluePay, CardConnect, Clover, and First Data are now part of Fiserv

• 2020 – BluePay consolidates its SMB offerings under the Clover name, and the brand is dissolved
